GILBERT K. DAVIS is an attorney with a formidable track record of taking on the Big Guy. His legal work “Firsts” include the first prosecution of an aircraft hijacker, the first prosecution under 1968 Gun Act, the prosecution of the first high Nixon official (Dir. U.S. Marshal’s Service) to go to prison, and the first private civil case initiated against sitting President for personal wrongdoing. Gil has litigated in twenty states during forty-three years of law practice. He is based in Northern Virginia.
Today, Gil is one of the country’s leading lawyers yet his resumé still lists his days starting out when he sold pots and pans door-to-door, worked as a school custodian and had a job at the John Deere Harvester factory. Now a senior himself, he is keenly aware of the problems facing Boomers and members of the Greatest Generation. He is monitoring the raids on Medicare, the emptying of the Social Security coffers, and the taxman’s greedy eye on our estates and he is readying himself for a spirited attack in defense of seniors across America. Senior Americans Association is proud to have Gil as its Founding President.
